Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything bought from HnH Tech that you have not used.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and what you want to return. We reply with a return address within one business day.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Consumables that have been opened cannot be resold and so cannot be returned.

Who pays the postage
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the original payment method within three to five business days of the item reaching us.
