Shipping Policy

Everything ordered from HnH Tech is packed and dispatched from our counter at 15 Eldridge St in New York. This page sets out what that costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

What shipping costs

US orders of $39 and above ship free. Below that threshold a flat $5.95 is added at checkout, whatever the parcel weighs.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a day we are open are usually packed the same day. Everything else goes out on the next open day.

Where we deliver

We deliver to United States addresses only, including PO boxes where the carrier accepts them. We do not ship internationally.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents and email [email protected] within seven days. We will replace or refund it.
