Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is handed to the carrier.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 15 Eldridge St counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-202-2629 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; HnH Tech handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or call +1 212-202-2629 as soon as you can. We pack quickly, so the sooner the better.

If it has already shipped

If the parcel has already gone, refuse the delivery or return it under the return policy. Either way you are refunded.

Cancellations by us

HnH Tech cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the the Lower East Side shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
